  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 ripe nectarines, stoned & thickly sliced
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • juice of 1 orange
  • pinch of Bart Saffron
  • ½ tsp Bart Thyme
  • whipped cream to serve

Warm-Honey-Nectarines

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the nectarine slices and cook both sides for about 3 minutes until slightly softened.
  2. Add the honey, orange juice, saffron and thyme and stir to make a sauce. Allow to bubble breifly.
  3. Serve with whipped cream.
