- Slow roast a pork shoulder for 4 hours at 140C then smother with half a bottle of Bart Kansas City Sauce and barbecue over hot coals for 10 minutes on each side until it starts to char.
- Transfer to a large serving plate and use two forks to shred into pieces.
- Mix in another 4 tbsp of sauce.
- Serve the shredded pork in buns with coleslaw.
