Ras el Hanout has a rich floral aroma and a strong fragrant flavour with a hit of peppery heat. Ingredients include: Black Pepper, Coriander, Ginger, Paprika, Allspice, Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Cayenne, Cloves, Rose Petals.

The key floral and spicy notes of this blend work particularly well with lamb; chicken and fish dishes are also transformed when used with this product. This Moroccan style mix can be sprinkled into tagines, rubbed straight onto meat or mixed with oil to create a rich marinade.
