Tasting Notes

With this combination of warming and piquant spices, Baharat gives an aromatic and peppery flavour.

Baharat is of Middle Eastern origin. It is widely used in Lebanon, Syria, Israel and Jordan. Use Baharat as a dry rub for grilled meat or mix it with butter for basting chicken. Alternatively, you can mix it with some olive oil and use it as a marinade before barbecuing.

Aromatic & peppery spice mix used in Middle Eastern inspired cooking. Mix with olive oil to season bulgar wheat.


Paprika, Coriander, Black Pepper (10%), Cumin, Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cardamom.
