  • 3 tsp Bart Tamarind
  • 1 tsp Bart Chilli in Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 20 large raw headless prawns in shells

Tamarind-Prawn

  1. In a dish, mix together the tamarind, chilli, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the prawns and mix to coat thoroughly. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the prawns onto 4 skewers and grill for 8 minutes, basting and turning frequently, until pink.
