- 12 Bart Cardamom Pods
- 1 tbsp Bart Black Peppercorns
- 6 Bart Cloves
- 2 tbsp Bart Ginger

- Split the cardamom pods and scrape out the seeds into a mortar and pestle.
- Add the peppercorns and cloves. Grind to a fine powder, then stir in the ginger.
- Add ½ teaspoon of the mixture to a pot of freshly made tea.
