  • 12 Bart Cardamom Pods
  • 1 tbsp Bart Black Peppercorns
  • 6 Bart Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Bart Ginger

    1. Split the cardamom pods and scrape out the seeds into a mortar and pestle.
    2. Add the peppercorns and cloves. Grind to a fine powder, then stir in the ginger.
    3. Add ½ teaspoon of the mixture to a pot of freshly made tea.
