  • Bart Smokehouse Barbecue Kansas City Sauce
  • Pork shoulder
  • 8 rolls
  • coleslaw

    1. Slow roast a pork shoulder for 4 hours then smother with half a bottle of Bart Kansas City Sauce and barbecue over hot coals for 10 minutes on each side until it starts to char.
    2. Transfer to a large serving plate and use two forks to shred into pieces.
    3. Mix in another 4 tbsp of sauce.
    4. Serve the shredded pork in buns with coleslaw.
