Ingredients

  • 80g butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2tsp Bart Infusions Garlic Paste
  • 100g cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped
  • 70g cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Bart Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Bart Rosemary
  • ½ tsp Bart ground Allspice
  • ½ tsp Bart ground Cinnamon
  • 250g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/ 160C fan.  Melt the butter in a frying pan and gently cook the onion for 8 minutes then add the garlic, chestnuts, cranberries, herbs, spices and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a bowl stir through the breadcrumbs and beaten eggs. Use a fork to mix well.
  3. Lightly oil a loaf tin and tip the stuffing mix in and spread into the corners. Cook for 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
