Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp deSIAM Yellow Thai Curry Paste
  • 60ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • Skewers
  • deSIAM satay sauce

    1. Cut 150g chicken breast into thin strips.
    2. In a bowl mix 2 cloves garlic (crushed) with 1 tsp deSIAM yellow curry paste, 60ml coconut milk, 2 tsp deSIAM fish sauce and 1 Tbsp sugar.
    3. Marinade chicken with this mixture for 30 minutes.
    4. Thread up stripes of chicken onto skewers.
    5. Grill in oven or in a big pan. Serve along with deSIAM satay sauce.

Cooking tip: when grilling turn the chicken skewers and brush occasionally with marinade.
