It has a delicate blend of coriander and cumin with a hint of lemon.

Massaman is one of the better known Thai flavours. It isn’t as hot as a green or red curry and is sweeter. You can paint it straight onto meat before barbecuing, or use in soups and curries.

MASSAMAN THAI CURRY PASTE

One of the milder of the Thai curries. Spread, spoon or mix with extra oil for instant intense flavour. Spoon directly into the oil before you cook your meat it brings out the flavours and infuses through the whole dish.

Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Shallots, Water, Lemongrass, Chilli, Coriander Leaf, Tamarind, Cumin, Galangal, Coriander, Shrimp (Crustaceans) , Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mace, Cornflour.

Storage Information

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks
