Traditional Creole spice blend has a piquant and peppery flavour.

If you don’t have the Creole spice blend, you could substitute it for the Cajun spice mix. The blend can be used as a dry rub on meat, chicken and fish, mixed with olive oil to create a marinade or simply sprinkled into dishes to add spicy flavour.

Piquant and peppery spice mix for Southern USA inspired cooking. Use 2-3 tsp with rice, vegetable, chicken & chorizo to make Jambalaya.

Paprika (30%), Black Pepper (20%), Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Thyme, Oregano
