Tasting Notes

The blend can be used as a dry rub on meat, chicken and fish, mixed with olive oil to create a marinade or simply sprinkled into dishes to add spicy flavour.

To get the best out of this blend it’s best to rub it into the meat, and pop it into a plastic bag to give the flavours a change to be absorbed. This way, when you cut through your tender steak, the cajun flavours will be infused right through to the middle.
